Notice is hereby given that the Charlestown Planning Board will hold the following public hearings on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Silsby Library Community Room, 26 Railroad St. Charlestown, New Hampshire for:

2026-SPR-003: Site Plan Review Application of The Calvary Baptist Church for a change of use at property identified as Map 207, Lot 002.01 owned by 689 River Road, LLC for residential use in the farmhouse and a private k-12 school in the former office space located in the “red” portion of the building situated at 705 River Road within the Mixed-Use District (ZoneE) where such use is permitted

2026-SPR-004: Site Plan Application of Bill & Peggy Mitchell for a change of use at property identified as Map 106, Lot 078 owned by Ralph’s Supermarket, LLC for a bakery, café and food service establishment on a “grab and go” model at the property located at 741 Old Claremont Rd. within the Rural Residential Zone (A-1) where such use is legally non-conforming at this property and falls within Section 8.4.1 of the Zoning Ordinance, as permitted.
