Public Notice - Public Hearing Planning Board Fee Adjustment

NOTICE is hereby given that the Charlestown Planning Board will hold public hearings on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026 at 6 PM in the Silsby Library Community Room, 26 Railroad St. Charlestown, New Hampshire for:

Pursuant to RSA 675:6, Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board proposes certain Amendments to its Subdivision and Site Plan Review Application Schedule of Board Fees, as more particularly described:

Current Regulations allow the Planning Board to require the Applicant to pay “all costs of notice to abutters.” RSA 674:44, V authorizes the Planning Board “to provide for the assessment of reasonable fees associated with the Planning Board’s administrative costs,” including the costs for notifying abutters.

Copies of proposed Amendments to the Schedule of Board Fees are available for public inspection and review at the Town Office of Planning and Zoning located at 233 main Street in the Town of Charlestown during regular business hours.
