Notice is hereby given that the Charlestown Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold the following public hearing on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room below the Silsby Library at 26 Railroad Street Charlestown, NH.

Case #26-03: William & Carla MacDonald (Owners) request a Variance from the terms of Section 8.5.11.4 of the Zoning Ordinance for construction of a home on a lot smaller than requirements. The property is identified as Map 110 Lot 048 and is located at 613 Lovers Lane Rd. in the Mixed Use (E) Zoning District.

Case #26-04: Ellen Hess (Owners) request a Variance from the terms of Section 8.5.11.4 of the Zoning Ordinance for construction of a car port not meeting the set back requirement. The property is identified as Map 205 Lot 014 and is located at 109 Cedarwood Rd. in the Mixed Use (E) Zoning District
