Notice is hereby given that the Charlestown Planning Board will hold the following public hearings on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Silsby Library Community Room, 26 Railroad St. Charlestown, New Hampshire for:

2026-SPR-005: Site Plan Review Application of Christopher Johnson of JNV Septic, LLC, for a change of use at property identified as Map 203, Lot 013 owned by Lynn Fisher for Mr. Johnson’s septic business for parking of trucks and storage of his business equipment and inventory at property situated at 3910 Claremont Rd.; the single-family dwelling on this lot shall remain residential; this lot is located within the Mixed-Use District (Zone E) where such uses are permitted.
